How do I access Adobe Creative Cloud?
Simply navigate to https://creativecloud.adobe.com or access through the "My Learning" section on the Staff and Student portals.
Sign In with SSO (Single Sign on)
Staff: firstname.lastname@det.nsw.edu.au
Students: firstname.lastname@education.nsw.gov.au
I receive the "Select an account" option. What do I do?
Once you have signed in with your Department Email Address, you may see a prompt to select either a Personal Account or Company/School account prompt. This is due to those who previously took advantage of the 'onthehub' service. Please select the Company or School account prompt to login.
How many devices can I sign into at once?
All staff and students can have a maximum of two devices connected to their Adobe Creative Cloud account. If you would like to use a different device, Adobe will prompt you to sign out of another device.
