Background Information:
- Ensure that you use your full school email address:
Students: firstname.lastname#@education.nsw.gov.au
Staff: firstname.lastname#@det.nsw.edu.au
- We recommend that you use Google Chrome for these steps.
- You will need to have Administrator access to your device in order to install the application.
- This Guide only applies to BYOD devices. Devices owned by the school have a different process, which needs to be logged with the IT Helpdesk.
1. Navigate to https://creativecloud.adobe.com/ and click on the "Download Creative Cloud" button.
2. Open the Installer file located on the bottom left.
3. When you open the file, press "Continue" then press "Yes" on the Windows popup.
4. When prompted, sign in with you school email address and password.
5. If you are prompted, ensure that you select "Company or School Account"
6. Once you have signed in, navigate to your desired Adobe application and press the "Install" button. Please allow some time as these applications are quite big. Once installed, you should see it in the "All Apps" menu on the left hand side.
