Colo High School - ICT Services

Colo High School has faculty mailing lists for each faculty. This allows staff to easily send emails and share documents within a faculty without the need to manually share with individual staff. 

How does access work?

James Greening is the group manager for the following email lists. To add or remove staff, please create a ticket. Permission changes sync regularly. 

Why should I use these groups?

Sharing files and folders individually with staff creates additional administrative work. To simplify the process, sharing with the following faculty groups will allow new staff to be easily added into these services as well as remove old staff who may no longer require access. This creates a more secure environment where only staff who are permitted to can access services they require. 

What do these groups work with?

These email lists work specifically with sending emails and with sharing content i.e. Files within Microsoft 365. The Technology committee also intend on using these groups to access particular applications such as Papercut accounts in the near future.
